PANCAKE ICE CREAM ala chef Novy Madjid :)

materials :  250ml fresh milk plain; 1,5 sdm vinegar ; 165gr. wheat flour; 2 sdm sugar; 1 sdm baking powder; 1/4 sdm salt ; 1 egg ; 2 sdm butter, nd melted it

the way :
  • Mix fresh milk with the vinegar, stir well. The result is the milk will curdle (like sour milk).
  • Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Insert the milk mixture into flour mixture and stir well.
  • Add the eggs and melted butter and stir well.
  • Let stand about 15 minutes.
  • Pour the batter using a ladle into a flat pan that is placed over low heat (yes first dipanasin pan), cover a few moments, when it began to appear pori2, turn.
for the toping : You can also  add slices of chocolate bars and ice cream! to the contents you can also add grated cheese! :)

note :  because eggs are not the same size, if the batter is too thick, add milk, but if too runny add flour. Good luck yaa ….
