the way :
- Mix fresh milk with the vinegar, stir well. The result is the milk will curdle (like sour milk).
- Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Insert the milk mixture into flour mixture and stir well.
- Add the eggs and melted butter and stir well.
- Let stand about 15 minutes.
- Pour the batter using a ladle into a flat pan that is placed over low heat (yes first dipanasin pan), cover a few moments, when it began to appear pori2, turn.
